What is our cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice if you can no longer attend your appointment, allowing us time to fill the gap in our schedule. Failure to provide this notice may result in a $50 fee or require a non-refundable deposit for rescheduling.

We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly, and in such cases, we will waive the fee. However, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible.

At what age should a child have their first check up appointment?

We recommend bringing your child to observe your check-up appointment starting from the age of 2. We can provide them with a ride in the chair and a brief introduction to familiarize them with the experience. By the time they are 3 or 4 years old, they should have their own annual check-up appointment.

If you notice anything concerning, don't hesitate to schedule a dentist appointment for them at any age for assessment.

Why do i need dental x-rays?

Dental x-rays play a crucial role in helping us understand and monitor your oral health. They provide us with valuable information that is not visible during a regular dental examination. X-rays allow us to detect issues such as cavities between teeth, infections, gum disease, and abnormalities in the jawbone or surrounding structures.

By taking x-rays, we can diagnose dental problems early, which often allows for simpler and more effective treatment. Additionally, x-rays help us track changes in your oral health over time, enabling us to create personalized treatment plans that suit your needs.

It's important to note that dental x-rays are safe, with minimal exposure to radiation. We take necessary precautions to ensure your safety during the process. If you have any concerns about x-rays, please feel free to discuss them with us. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.

Why are regular dental check-up's important?

Regular dental check-ups are essential for maintaining your oral health and preventing potential problems before they escalate. During these check-ups, our dental team thoroughly examines your teeth, gums, and mouth for any signs of issues such as cavities, gum disease, or oral cancer.

By attending regular check-ups, we can detect problems early when they are easier and less expensive to treat. This not only helps preserve your oral health but also prevents the need for more extensive procedures in the future.

Ultimately, regular dental check-ups are a proactive approach to maintaining a healthy smile and overall well-being. We recommend scheduling check-ups every six months to ensure optimal oral health and catch any potential issues early on.
